I make every effort to provide realistic photos and answer questions honestly and promptly. A quarter is placed in the primary photo to show size comparison. Although I strive to make colors as true as possible, due to your monitor’s settings, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual piece. The screen images are a guide and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. Measurements are a guideline, not meant to be spot-on accurate. Don’t hesitate to ask questions. If you need more pictures or a clarification, contact me.

Most all pieces are pre-owned. I carefully check them and if I find a flaw, crack, or chip, I post a picture or add it to the description. However, I may occasionally miss something. If I do and you find it, please contact me so we can work it out. But, please remember you are buying previously used items which usually have some sort of wear.

Some Tom Clark gnomes/figurines may have small scuffs or blemishes to the paint. I try to point them out or describe them in the listing.

If there is any problem upon delivery of your order, please contact me immediately so we can work out a solution together.

Although I do my best to pack your order as carefully and securely as I can, once I deliver it to the Post Office, I have no control over how it is treated in-transit. When you receive your order, if it is damaged or broken, it is very important that you keep the box, packing material, and contents as you are responsible for taking the package and contents to your Post Office, along with a copy of your order receipt showing the amount of postage and the cost of the item, for them to verify it so either you or I can submit a claim. The Postal Service no longer accepts photographs for verification of damage.

Returns and refunds are at the discretion of the seller.
